Calgary & Area Community Resource List: COVID-19

My heart goes out to all of those impacted by the current global pandemic.

We are all impacted in some way.

Whether it is anxiety about health and the healthy and safety of our loved ones. Finances, job and income loss and the ability to meet basic needs. Struggles with loss of routine and normalcy. The Stressors of working from home, trying to home school. Isolation from support and loss of previous self-care routines.

If you are struggling know that you are not alone and that we are in this together. Help is available.

The Ways I am Helping:

  • I am continuing to serve clients in Alberta through secure online video or phone sessions

  • In my practice I have opened up pro-bono and sliding scale spaces to my current clients who have been financially impacted.

  • I also opened up a couple of extra sliding scale slots. (Update: these spots are currently full but I am happy to pass on resources for other sliding scale services).

  • I am also offering a series of FREE and pay-what-you can online workshops in the hopes of serving as many people as I (sustainably) can who need support at this time.

  • The details will be announced first to my newsletter community (this has always been my way of saying ‘thank-you’ to those who are a part of this community), and any remaining spaces will be aviable on the website under events or posted to social media.
